YOU WILL LOSE A CUSTOMER!!!!!

Called Telkom because i temporarily extended my monthly limit and every time i increase it and try to buy data they tell me that i don't have enough credit i increased it 3 times and they tell me the same thing when you call the call center they are saying that they don't know whats happening and they open a case and its been last week Friday and its been a week and no response and they must just know that there going to lose a customer

am very disappointed with Telkom
