<p>Thank you Ziyanda Abrams Somerset West Mall outlet, for your great and awesome response to my problem right there in-shop nogal, and without calling the technical department on 10210. She took time, used her own initiative and solved the problem. Ziyanda is a young "new blood" Telkom employee and like a fresh breeze in a desert not backing down or passing the bucket to the Technical Dep to solve my problem. Now eventually I'm connected onto the electronic highway.</p> <p>Not to exclude Telkom as a whole, the best SP next to Vodacom Cellular really an business of excellence. I'm after a year with Telkom still more impressed with their services and packages!! Bravo! </p>
