**** you telkom

I have been would Telkom for almost a decade now. Based on their data packages I couldn't resist but to continue with them even thought their network is **** in most places.

In January 2022 I took out two new contracts with for my wife and I.

Firstly the packages was incorrect secondly I was billed incorrect and lastly they had their attorneys contact me for missed payment.

Might I add that the staff at the Westwood mall are absolutely ****. Their manager Sharvada Ahmed is even worse.

I am going to cause a seen a not allow any new contracts while I'm there's until my stuff is sorted out.

They owe me 27k and still debited me 23k today.

No telkom I do not want a credit anymore No telkom I do not want an apology anymore No telkom I do not want ****all from you. What I want is to be refunded for the 22k that was debited and be allowed to move to a new network. You have costed me so much of money and complaints so now Is my chance to complaint why my client can't get throughout to me. Delone did move me on prepaid But why was I not refunded or credited just like you have picked up my fault at Westwood mall
