You suck

I cannot explain the poor service, on every level, from Telkom. You completely suck. I don’t think you deserve a star, because that would mean on some level you’re doing something right.

I’ve wasted hours and airtime trying to get through, only to be sent from pillar to post. Why can’t you put all forms on your website explaining all processes so that we do not have to waste our time in your store or on the phone, only to be given incorrect info. My landline and internet is STILL not working.

You’re unprofessional, *********** and have clearly not stepped up in terms of technology for goodness sake.
