You stole my money

Bought airtime a week ago via banking app waiting for replies from emails sent from sire app and personal account. Still no airtime no reply no call nothing. To Telkom it might just seem like a R38,00 but to me it's a way to communicate to my family and friends even to work from home in these tough times.
