You still have not sorted my issue

it is now 13 days after my 1st complaint you still have not sorted my issue Ref to Complaint Number SM218904! I complaint the 1st time on the 31st 4 days later I received and email Apologies for the delayed response. We tried contacting you with regards to your Hello Peter post, <br> Please advise if further assistance is still required for the order query, please respond to this email if your query has already been attended to and resolved well YOU still did not sort it. your lame excuse was that my phone went to voice mail. well I checked and you did not even leave a note on my phone. instead you send a sms that I can not respond to as you don't even leave a contact number! your call centre don't answer phones as well I was holding 32 min with no answer! I wonder if your partnership with Business connections will sort your *** out!<br> <br> <br> <br>
