<p>This is my resort after AfriHost cannot get you guys to fix it and after an hour on the phone this morning, neither can I. Your agents in the call center are USELESS, they cannot transfer a simple call to the correct department, not to even mention the language barrier! For 2 years I have run a line speed of 10Mbps, my SNR and line attenuation was in perfect numbers. After going over to afrihost you chopped me down to 7200, then 6400 and after calling you guys this morning to up it... waaait for it.... YOU DOWNED ME DOWN TO 4096kbps, ***?!?!? That almost seems spiteful! Now, PLEASE go and manually up my line sync speed to 8mbps or higher and I dont even want to hear from you guys until you have figured it out, it can be done, YOU DONE IT BEFORE, nothing has changed!
