You never get any feedback from Telkom mobile

Im not sure how a person should go about to get feedback from telkom. The sales call centre kept calling me to offer me a huawei tablet, as much as I was interested I was uncomfortable to give my bank account details on the phone and told her I was going to go into a store and taker up the offer. I went to a store and provided them with my documents but I had to keep on digging for feedback. I then went online and placed an order for this tablet and nobody got back to me till today. Is Telkom not interested in my business? I mean this level of service is just unacceptable.
