You lost my phone Telkom?

Good day Telkom Social Team,<br> <br> I sent my phone in for repairs with your Telkom Springs branch 2 months ago. Once the phone was repaired I was advised that it had been sent back to Telkom Mobile Springs this was at the end of May. Tried collecting it from the branch however they say they have not received phone, however signature from Smartlab shows someone signed for it upon delivery. I've spent hours at the branch trying to locate who with very little assistance. Emails that I've sent have not been rep**** to and phone calls not answered. I've been dealing with a lady called Busi Presentation Makhub her contact number is *** . Please assist as I am paying for a phone I dont have. <br> <br> Regards,<br> Joyce<br> ***
