You keep promising BUT DO NOTHING

Spoke to Hosea Magona, Sandile Ddaba,Nokuthula Hlongwano .. all promised to call/email back STILL WAITING! If you call 081180 they work on the pricible that if they put you on hold for long enough, you will hang up..therefore problem solved!! Lady this morning could not or would not help and refused to put me through to a supervisor. Next lady same, but refused to give me the number of their H Office or even reception so that I could find someone at Telkom who actually cares and is proud to WORK (big word) for Telkom. Original case number (case no:***1) opened and CLOSED without sorting it out. Surely after 42 years as their customer I deserve , at the very least, the courtesy of a kept promise (anything else is perhaps a lie). Please Telkom employ someone who cares. Oh, by the way another R300 debited to my account and no reason given ! ( or cannot or unwilling or not able to)
