You just a client so you not a priority!!!

<p>About a month ago I did a line relocation request, someone then came to install my line at my new place, there was a problem so he could not install the line he then left and for 2 weeks there was absolute silence I called and was advised that the issue pertains to a faulty part so it was sent to cables department and apparently you cannot escalate anything to cables or speak to them, its been a month with no feedback at one point we called everyday to find out what’s going on just to be told that cables are too busy and your situation is not a priority so they will attend to it whenever they get to i t and if I don’t like it then I should go to another fixed line provider, its been a month and clearly the staff of Telkom understands that we as client can moan and groan but they are the monopoly and there is absolutely nothing anyone can do to get better service and the worst is that they still charged me for an entire month of service and in addition i still have to pay my ISP . my ref number for my relocation request is REF ********** 603</p>
