You have been warned!!!!

Ok so almost a year ago we took out a 20mbps/20mbps LTE contract with Telkom. From the start we have been struggling with speeds less that 5mbps. We have then proceeded to log calls with customer services where they informed us the problem is at the towers and it will take 6 months to be fixed hahahaha what a joke. Because here we are monthly and months down the line and still absolutely NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO FUX THE **** PROBLEM. So now I have written complaints on Twitter/X. And now I am writing a complaint here.

And I know Telkom will receive this. So this is my message to this *********** useless South African ******* COMPANY!!

I WILL CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY CANCELLATION FEE WHATSOEVER AND IF YOU CHARGE ME CANCELLATION I WILL BE TAKING YOU TO COURT BECAUSE I HAVE NOTHING TO LOOSE AND EVERYTHING TO GAIN AND I HOPE ALL THE CUSTOMERS THAT SEE THIS COMPLAINT WILL FOLLOW SUIT AND DO THE SAME. WE THE SEA OF PEOPLE HAVE ALL THE POWER WE CRIPPLED THE SPUR STEAK HOUSES JUST IMAGINE WHAT WE CAN DO TO YOUR COMPANY!!!!!!

YOU LIKE TO TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY BUT WHEN YOU NEED TO DELIVER THEN YOU PULL UP YOUR SHOULDERS. NOW YOU WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
