You guys suck, I got better with dialup 10 years ago.

You guys are absolutely pathetic! I have emailed at least 7 times, requested a reset and I still get a download speed of 0.14. I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR THIS. It took me almost a minute just to load this site.

I will be cancelling my service with you Monday, this is absolutely pathetic!
