YOU GUYS SUC****!

<p>I am flabbergasted by the inefficient and *********** staff all placed under one roof. From not returning phone calls, not knowing the systems and making ********** remarks on customers whilst other customers are still in store – you guys certainly have it all!!!<br /> <br />I have requested for a network port to be assigned to my new cell contract but this seems all too much to have asked for. Let’s not forget about the fact that I received a call advising the phone was available for collection, only to return on three separate occasions due to staff not knowing the system which was not able to be released upon my arrival.<br />I politely left the store without fussing on every occasion as I understand how we do rely on systems in today’s world. Let’s call this instance “out of one’s control”, I do however, have a problem with not returning phone calls upon my numerous requests for staff to contact me back – this is “within your control”. This is drastically irresponsible and unprofessional!!!</p> <p>This issue needs to be resolved immediately or your cell phone will be returned in the same packaging as originally received without any charge levied to myself!!!</p>
