You guys are *****ing my money!!!!
This is the second report i have to type out as the first one was ignored.I called in last week and spoke to one of your agents who gave me this ref ***3.You idiots owe me R5480 as i was billed incorrectly which was your guys blady mistake!!! everytime i call in and ask to speak to a ****ing manager they are not available and they will call me back which they never do! I want my money put back into my account immediately !!! i do not have time to waste following up on your guys **** ups!
