<p>Dear "Moenieb" - I refer to your reply on 13 October to my last and second complaint where you apologised for the inconvenience and wil "urgently check on this query and revert". It is now the 20th and not a word from you or anyone else.</p> <p>Tell me, do you enjoy messing your customers around or is this just your standard level of service? I think your service is disgusting and the fact that you have this portal for us to complain and still nothing gets done just shows that you actually just don't care.</p> <p>Now for the LAST TIME - CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY.
