<p>I was given an account and a ref to pay monies into which i did in october</p> <p>Middle of October they cut my services forceing to reconnection fees and pay in advance</p> <p>I send them proof of payment,they say that ref no I was given(by one of their employees)was wrong and they cant find the money...After paying mon ies directly into their ABSA account which I am supposed to be in advance...Then making arrange to canncel my debit order...I made an EFT from my account on the same day they come and take their money too...I go to Telkom store they say sorry were only here to TAKE PEOPLES MONEY for contracts...they put One onto tele assit people from account Queries...And ask ONE to scan your POP and send to us Via email...When you do ,,,?Guess what..? email dont exists</p>
