You failed to provide me with a antenna but expect me to continue paying for a none existant service

Why does it always take one to go to vent their frustration in public before one can be taken seriously. After I complaint about lack of network where I reside, you promised to provide me with an antenna, after almost six months of struggling, I decided to give notice to cancel my contract since I was forced to give my sim away since it was useless but you still continue to debit my account. I only signed a month to month contract and even if it was 24 months I have the right to cancel since you failed to provide the service. Last time I tried to cancel my contracts, it took a complaint on Hello Peter before someone could do anything about it
