YOU DONT GET THE DATA YOU PAY FOR ON YOUR CONTRACT ALLOCATED TO YOU!!!

CASE ***8- For a few months now TELKOM is not allocating the 10gig data for the contracts I took out. Some months I get nothing and others only 5gig. I took out 2 WIFI contracts with them. The one is fine, although they also slipped up once on that one,that I know off, but the second contract is just a struggle. There is no easy way sorting problems out with TELKOM. Its a enormous slep. And you have to get another providers WIFI to support your needs. Because you need the data but cant use it- so other financial strain has to be exhausted so I can just have data at my home. AS SOON AS MY CONTRACTS EXPIRE I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH TELKOM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
