YOU DID NOT FIX MY LINE!!!! I CANNOT RECEIVE CALLS

I have had it with Telkom, I cannot understand what you do not understand? I have had endless trouble with my landline and now one step away from having it working 100% but I KEEP GETTING IGNORED. I just get an sms stating the problem is sorted which it is NOT!!! I can make calls but CANNOT RECEIVE calls. Can someone just dial the number and see for themselves??? All you get is \The number you have dialed cannot be reached\" I have a child at home and cannot check up on him. PLEASE sort it out, surely there must be someone that can understand this and fix the problem???"
