You dare blacklist me for your incompetence!

I took a contract with telkom earlier this year. First i was given a wrong contract, which i later returned. The month after that i was billed over R8000 for allegedly cancelling that contract, which was later resolved. Everytime i call Telkom, their line would be so bad that we keep loosing each other. 2months ago, i called Telkom notifying tem of change of banking details, which they refused to change at that time saying they actualy debit 10days prior to the actuall day of debit, so "we will start debiting from your new account in the next month".Suffice to say the lady i spoke to was very rude.

Now four months later i get a later of demand from some debt collector demanding that i pay monies owed to Eskom within 24hours. Im fuming where i am because my acount has never been without funds, im not a kind of a person who live from hand to mounth. My contract is just R400 a months and i have never once felt that money was taken from my account because its such an insignificant amount. Telkom, please get your house in order. Once again i called this morning, when i was still talking to this lady sha began to say helllo, heloo, Nyeleti i cany hear you, then the line wen off. I demand answers, with that send me all my call logs to Telkom, also listen to the recrding you will notice the following: -That your calls are always disrupted -Some of your staff mambers are very rude -all my calls were complains and you were wrong all the times -You dare ********* me for your mistakes.
