YOU CAN'T CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT WITH TELKOM

I've requested to cancel my service 3 times to no success

I have proof of this on facebook.

The password reset took hour to work only to find out I have to go onto My Telkom. I asked again to cancel my account. Then I went onto my telkom to see if I could cancel from there but it was registration unsuccessful.

CLOSE MY ****ING ACCOUNT NOW! If nothing is done I'm going to complain to the NCC and ICASA.
