You can't cancel Telkom!

You are incapable of cancelling a Telkom Business account. I have visited their branch twice now, I have used their email address probably about 5 times, I have dialled their call centre twice, used their Online contact twice, used their Online channel 3 times an I get a bill this week for R800+? So I don't pay I go on ITC, but I'm incapable of cancelling my Service? This is absurd!!!!
