You can't cancel a service - ITS NOT POSSIBLE!?

Hi, I've phoned over 30 times to the call centre trying to cancel my products with Telkom and i've yet to get through to the cancellations department. You cannot get through. I'm confident there isn't a soul in that department. I've gone into telkom shops, i've emailed. I've called. It's not possible I'm just not paying any account Telkom send me ever again. Absolutely ridiculous
