You Better Call me today. I cancelled my policy many months back and paid my last installment for my 36th month. (Paid the full amount even though I didn't have internet for half of the last month). After I cancelled I got a SMS saying that I owe Telkom money, After much frustration and many phone calls I got assisted by Telkom and they confirmed my contract is cancelled and was never renewed after m 36 months and that I don't owe them anything. After this was confirmed I still keep getting SMS that I owe them money and now it says I will be blacklisted today if I don't pay them R2000 today. I don't owe you anything. and you are so useless.
