You are the worst company!

I have never met a company that doesn't care about their clients like Telkom, you just don't care. If you check under my name on hellopeter you will see what I'm talking about. You don't care about hellopeter's feedback from us, you keep giving me a reference number but when I call your call centre they can't use it, your call centre deleted all my calls to them since I called one day and an agent said she couldn't see anything. It's been over 6months, still no call from you. I'm truly disappointed with your service level, I know Telkom is a good company but the people who reads these or help us at the call centre are bringing the company down. I will find another way to make sure I'm heard. I won't stop until justice is done.
