YOU ARE THE WORST

Telkom is the worst ever. I lost my phone a few months ago. We tried contacting them but cant get hold of any agent from another phone. You get to select from all this options but no one ever speaks to you. I wanted to do a sim swap....we stay in Queenstown and there is NO Telkom, so we drove to PE...it is 4 hours from Queenstown just for them to tell us "sorry you can't even upgrade" because there is some kind of billing issue. Note that my contract, even though i can't use it...is paid up to date every month. Try to phone them to find out about the upgrade "no luck". Till now no one have even tried to contact us. I WANT MY CONTRACT WITH THIS INSANE *********** company cancelled NOW!!!!!!!!!
