Over the past few months before I did my sim swap last week due to loss of my previous phone, my data has been getting chowed and I couldn't monitor my consumption because I was not able to check my balances which was odd and this happened for months, I just kept loading data and it got chowed insensibly.. I still want to know why and believe I'm owed by Telkom as I kept reporting this yet got no help till I got a sim swap and it has subsided but no valid feedback was given for this as I lost lots of money to this plus your network is trash when I load data, I load it and am not able to use it till it expires so overall your service has been ridiculously trash for months and a waste
