You are more likely to have a heart attack than get a refund from Telkom

On the 13th of August 2017 I wrote a review for Telkom here about my refund and they responded that they will get back to me as soon as possible, and lo and behold 10 days later and not even a single word from them and I called their call center and i was told that only on the 23rd of August my claim was processed. So I ask with tears in my eyes what is a person to do to get help from telkom? should I have a heart attack to get some services around here because I am pretty sure one is more likely to have a heart attack than get a refund from Telkom.
