yet another disappointment

On the 3rd August 2015 I decided to go to Telkom Direct Clearwater to check if they had an Iphone 5s 64GB which I wanted in March at Westgate. Unfortunately they didnt have it and I decided to open a contract for a Sony Xperia M4. <br> They processed the application and it was approved only to find out afterwards that they did not have the colour (black) I wanted <br> and I was adviced they will check on other branches and they could see 2 where being couried to another branch and they will request from that branch and update me of the progress soonest. <br> Tuesday no call was received and Wednesday I called them the entire day and the phone was never answered nor any calls received from them. I then decided to drive there on Thursday and when I got there they did not have the phone and explaination given was that there could not fimd the phone in any of the branches the telkom shops. This bothers me because on the advert it was never stated that the is a limited colours for the device and it is my second incident this happens at a telkom shop check my previous report dated 11 March 2015.<br> <br> All is the phone that I app**** for.....<br> I
