Yet Again Pathetic service

<p>I have previously logged a cancellation of my contract with telkom LTE , They contacted me and arranged that they would have the unit picked up, to date they have not picked the unit up and are continuing to bill me for this , does any one in telkom actually do what they are supposed to do ????</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried there call centre lines and was placed on hold for 30 mins ??? department to department sales to service then back to sales again pathetic service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
