Telkom at diepklof square is failing to make a sim swap their computers cannot read my finger prints... I've gone to them several times now and still haven't had it done... first the problem was I went to ask what I needed to make a sim swap... they told me that I need a proof of address and my ID...the next day I went back there with the needed things to do a sim swap...but waa told by the same person I asked the previous day that my proof of address was old it had to be not older than 7 days... I then returned the next day when I had the correct proof of address but the finger print thing could not read my fingers... I was told they will be open on Sunday I asked what time they closed they told me 13:00 I went there but they didn't open on that Sunday... I went back on Monday they told me there was loadshading... I should come back when electricity is back... i went back but the finger prints were a problem again...so I think that telkom store is very useless and the information u get from there is not really useful to solve the problems we have... the staff there just don't serve people how they are supposed to do...it's really frustrating and I would close it because it's a useless shop...
