Telkom black listed me after they made a mistake to issue a data package that was for telkom coverage area only and was the cancelled.The router and sim was sent back to them last year and one of their employees at the ware house comitted ***** by *****ing the sim and buying air time on the sim.After I have proven to them that the sim was returned before the air time was purchased they still tried to debit my account for 3 months and then black listed me when I cancelled the debit order.after at least 5 calls and 20 e mails I finally got them to issue a letter to clear my name but I am still suffering from the aftermath. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TELKOM they are a bunch of *********** ******.
