Yellow Pages advert charges I did not ask for

I am getting charged for Yellow Pages adverts and I never asked for them and they said they can't remove the charge from my account. They say I must phone Yellow Pages and I have tried phoning Yellow Pages, sending them emails and facebook messages and they do not get back to me.
