Good day

My account number : *** I did not sign up to yellow pages when I app**** for landline:***. Why am I getting billed for it even when I migrated the landlines to smart voice packages and when I go in telkom store Noone has access to terminating this service!!! I want my 12 years worth of that activated yellow pages service back as I did not sign up /authorize it.I want my money back or you will hear from lawyers.I am being charged r1048 every month.

Please let me know when will telkom give me my money back and terminate the yellow pages services I never used .

TELKOM NEEDS TO CANCEL THE YELLOW PAGES SERVICE ONLY NOT MY TELEPHONE numbers as I use them for business.
