YALL HAVE A ****TY SERVICE

Firstly, when i took your phone on contract i was told by your agent that i will be given 1 free screen repair if the phone gets damaged within a certain number of months. When I went to the very same store (Rosebank branch) I bought my phone from I was given several stories and eventually when they agreed to send my phone to repairs suddenly it was sent to your beloved insurance (Finrite) which by the way had no freaken idea what this free screen repair offer is about and therefore R1000 access fee was demanded in order for me to get my phone repaired and returned to me. What happend to the initial free screen repair that yall promised? No one from your team could come up with a response. FYA, i emailed you guys a complaint and still no assistance. Now that I have paid your stupid access fee none of your consultants from your BS insurance are responding to my emails. I do not know what the **** yall want exactly. GET YOUR LIFE TOGETHER!!!!!
