Xolisa Telkom Clearwater Brunch

I bought a new phone at the istore but using my telkom contract , now what I had to do was to port my number to telkom. Simple!

They was a lady helping me at Clearwater telkom branch her name was Xoliswa she was very rude and gave me wrong information. She said to me she cannot help me port because the SIM card I had (telkom SIM card) wasn’t in the system so she made me buy a new sim car and did the total opposite to what I want instead she port my contract number to a whole new different number.I didn’t ask for new numbers I just wanted to port and confused everything then told me to come back the next day to re-port again I was so confuse because she did the total opposite of what I wanted, on top of that she wasn’t at work the next day to clean up mess her instead someone else had to clean her mess.

I was so upset with Xolisa, and he attitude to wards me was bad especially when I kept asking her questions she was so impatient with everything

I kept going to Clearwater telkom everyday until Thursday when someone helped me the right way.

My husband will be cancelling our contract with telkom our WiFi and cellphone contracts because woow service she gave us was terrible
