Fault logged -14/7/2018 - Internet & Phone lines down in the Kenwyn, Lansdowne area from 14/7/2018 until 16/8/2018. Internet and phone lines down all day 19/8/18.. I think i spoke to all the consultants at telkom, same story, they can email supervisor's to escalate dispute. REF No ********** 1..still open as per Mzigazi the consultant, I'm still waiting patiently for 1 of the million TEAM LEADER or SUPERVISOR's to call me regarding my current bill of R2095.94. still waiting to be credited as i had no use of TELKOM 14/7/18 until 16/8/18 and then again 19/8/18, I received a text stating they SUSPENDING MY ACCOUNT, how flippen awesome!!!

Thanks for the reply. I've been told on numerous occasions that the fault has been escalated, was told on nummerous occasions that a Supervisor will contact me and to date, this is non existent. The only thing that exist is, if i check on my credit profile, it shows me being in arrears on this account with a bad credit rating...from disgruntled customer
