Wrongly charged

I have a contract with Telkom since last year October, I have been paying R239.00 and the fares went up in July to R269 that is for 200G data(100mid day and 100G night.To my surprise last month they decided to debit R769.00 .Daylight *******..I reversed it still waiting for them to call me.
