Wrongfully/*******lly handed over to Udebt debt collectors without proper cause

I had cancelled my acc in 15 November 2016 and did give more than 30 days notices as stipulated bt Telkom for contracts and the monies of R260.33 owed to telkom is incorrect and they have no right handing me over for dept collection.

I spoke to Nomzikazi Komanin from telkom who also confirmed that they had indeed received my cancellation forms in November 2016 yet the acc was only cancelled in January 2017, telkom then proceded to penalize me for the above mentioned amount even though my proof of cancellation is amended to my account on their system.

I spoke to Rethadile Mokgopo and she referred me to Nudept admin dept
