Wrongfully suspend account update
Telkom, it has been 7 days, and my account is still wrongfully suspended???? Your turn around time on this was 3 days. Why am I still waiting? You suspended my account for no reason, as I have confirmed with 5 different call agents that nothing is outstanding on my account. Each time the call agent escalates it to their manager, and I get promised a call back, but nothing! Please get your act together!!!! This is extremely bad service! Why do I pay for a phone if I cannot use it?!
