Wrongfully suspend account
AGAIN TELKOM, WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I just received (without prior warning) an sms that my account has been suspended. I call to ask why, and it's because I have an outstanding payment, but when you check the account, nothing is outstanding, since I've already paid my account on 30 December 2015?! Come on!!! And now your telling me it will take 72 hours to get it working again?! This is COMPLETELY unacceptable?! Get your act together. I have been with you for nearly 6 months and EVERY month there is an issue with my account. I REGRET JOINING YOU!!!!!
