wrongfully indebted

Recently i app**** for a new contract with telkom and three days later i get call from a consultant from telkom and made me aware that i still owe telkom R1305 which i dont even know about and now i tried to call to but i cant even get through to get help. I've always heard people saying telkom service sucks but now i see why people are so gutvol with telkom. How do i owe telkom if i never had a contract with telkom? ***
