Wrongfully Charged for a wifi router. Don't expect service!

Stay away. Absolute waste of time and money. I have been charged for a device, for almost a year, that I didn't receive. I have made countless calls. I used to say it was worth it because of their prices but now I'm being charged more. I spoke to so many representatives. Everyone are unable to resolve the extra charge.
