Wrongful deduction

I app**** for the Nov special for R399 p/m for the fibre. Before submitting my docs, the Telkom agent at Eastgate confirmed that my area was covered. After submission, I was informed that my area is not covered by Open Serve its only covered by Vumatel. I then asked the agent cancel my application. I was surprised this morning to see that R736 had been deducted from account by Telkom. I want to know why. Ref # is TelkomMobi***
