Wrongful debit

Every month I get debited early and every month it bounces and every month I receive a rejection fee! My debit date is the 5th of every month, but I get debited on the 24th! This is a VERY BAD method of getting paid! This should be a crime! Telkom is making money on charging rejection fees! If my debit date is the 5th of the month, THEN DEBIT ON THE 5th OF THE MONTH!
