Wrongful billing, worst service provider

Worst experience ever, can they please train their consultants. Your useless consultant set up a debit order for a way higher amount than agreed on or can afford, now no one is able to resolve that issue for me and now I'm being handed over cause ya'll debit the wrong amount which is too much.
