Wrongful billing

I have two data sim deals with Telkom and both of them amount to R450 per month,my billing went to R870 from January 2023z I’m told there are subscriptions which I told they should remove and cap my account so I pay the amount we agreed. Today an amount of R1 781 was debited from my account. I’ve been calling in and sending emails but I haven’t received any help,my last resort will be taking legal action as this is nonsense
