Wrong statement

We took out a 8ta contract on for two phones in February Sunday the 22nd of March 2020 they were suspended. on query they said its to no payment the end of January take note contract was taken end of feb. We were informed its a mistake on their side its now the 24th and the suspension is not lifted (fix). Link to the shutdown will it be fix (their mistake) and are they going to deduct for Jan and Feb (their mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
