Wrong Simcard Issued with NEW contract

I took out a new contract at Telkom mobile. I took a tablet. It only uses a micro sim. Telkom mobile send me a original Simcard. I have now phoned for days and spend hours on my phone trying to correct it. We have not have a Telkom mobile shop in our town. They directed me to buy a new Simcard. I tried, but to use that I need to Rica it and because the old Simcard I got from them is already on Rica I can't do a sim swap. This is very poor service. I am very unhappy.
